You all know that amazon is a big mnc thats all the operations work i had worked in two departments, its like hell you dont get rest its like u have 2 work for entire 8hrs in screen, 2nd regarding promotion they dont give promotion i even saw people working for more than 3 to 4yrs in same level, they wont give promotion and the promotion is entirely depends on managers,3rd i had one problem happened while working with amazon ,one of the manager he is not my teams manager he usually come and check our laptops, he is a tamilan[i dont want to name him] in LMAQ dept, and one day in the meeting room i asked a question against him l, he called me stupid and told to get out of the meeting room, i entered the meeting room back he even touch my body, these kinds of people are there in Amazon. Hr will support them only if you escalate this, its my story. So before going 2 amazon check about the level, and dept, some depts are good. I have to face this tats y i told. In india labour laws needs to be changed, govt should actually intervene in these kinds of problems, strict labour laws should be laid, This happened in Bengaluru Rome building location....Read More
