I enjoyed work very . Mainly, in this working period of Amazon I got so many experiences. I got so much support from my mangers, pa 's, ps ' s and my team members . Other than that I lije two things they are Transport facility and salary on 1st before and also my agency support

The promotions are biased and not best Some of the hiring managers have no knowledge whom to take to that position and some are biased. First they already fixed the candidates informally and conduct interviews formally. They don't hire the best. *Most of the project managers have no process knowledge and they make SOP changes, which seems silly. *Recognition based on visibility, not based on candidate expertise *All promotions need LPs(Leadership Principles) interviews and those all LP questions are imaginable, not real. *The criteria of IJPs are very high, no matter the candidate has actual eligibility. It does matter only when the right candidate have met the criteria, which seemed incorrect. *Lack of experience people are getting promoted without process knowledge and expertise, as the only reason is visibility. *Does visibility enough for all solutions.?...Read More
