Need to improve in work life balance and moreover they are just terminating people by policies with out giving any chances to the employees need to give chance because as a courtesy in Zomato they are giving resolutions to the customers and delivery partner why can't they think about the employees need to give a chance to improve their performances and other things

Work life balancing and every week shift changing and they need to give 2weekoffs because it's a mental stress job
