Before covide we had timings in a day also week off we were taking but after covid here is no job timing and also no week off I like too much before covid company policy alsilo good I learnt too much when I was doing job.

Our senior behave is not good no week off here now-a-days

Overall experience with Zomato was good. A lot of things i have learned there. Bcz There was a great opportunity to improve my skills. Ofc environment was also good. There was shortage of job security but it happen in every private sector. Finaly if u r the part of Zomato, u will be satisfied in comparison of other companies. I feel proud i was a Zoman.

Dislikes

Some time when i needed a leave or senior not approved. It's not fault of Zomato It was the fault of our senior. Seniors was not analyzing the work according to ur hard & smart work. They only analysed, how many times hv u called them. If u have no issue, u r working since 2 years obviously u didn't have any issues and any question related to work. Work Details

As an employee of Zomato from last 2 years, I was good in rider engagement & trained in resolving the rider issues. I m a good listener that helped me to look deep down in the issue, so that a perfect resolution could be shade with the riders.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
