Need to improve in work life balance and moreover they are just terminating people by policies with out giving any chances to the employees need to give chance because as a courtesy in Zomato they are giving resolutions to the customers and delivery partner why can't they think about the employees need to give a chance to improve their performances and other things

Work life balancing and every week shift changing and they need to give 2weekoffs because it's a mental stress job

Company provides training for employees before work started. This is very nice rare quality found inside todays companies.

No savings. Low salary.earning not as per satisfaction. No insurance for family. Please don't work if u have big expectations. Indian roads worst quality u will end with lifetime backpain nothing more.

the company sets their mind on something new everyday and we work together to make it happen. The hustle culture gives a sense of accomplishment.

The HR & Managers. HRs are biased to managers even when the employee was put through depression & anxiety issues due to the manager. Managers not at all empathetic to situations. Mental health is a real problem and outcome of working with Zomato. There are so many colleagues going through it due to the work life at Zomato

1. WLB is pathetic . They expect you to work late during workdays and on weekends as well. I've seen team mates working while on vacation, during sick leaves and while traveling . Horrible at times 2. Salary is simply above avg to decent at best. Competition clearly pays better or players in QCom pay better 3. Nature of work is too ad-hoc. Work just creeps in from 5 different sources. No track as to what is being done. Everyday is a new task that you work on. Don't get to be involved in meaningful analysis in 6-8 months after joining. Very draining . 4. Some people close to seniors/leadership easily take wfh every month while in other teams it's looked down upon. 5. The company culture is really good. Everything is open and you can reach out to anyone with any of query which will be solved quickly. High ownership. Zomato doesn't have attendance puch in system which is another good thing. High growth environment and if you fail to keep up then you won't even like going to the office cause you will be treated according to your performance.

For any KAM role just know this that it's all about achieving your targets here and nothing else. You have to achieve the numbers every month by hook or by crook. If not then you can also lose your job. This is the reason why there is no notice period here. Not because we can leave anytime we want but because they can fire you anytime they want.
