There's no control on local culture by HRs striving to make company better sitting remotely in headquarters. How employees get treated by colleagues, how work gets done and the politics that go around to reward those who know how to please without making much effort squeezes the moral away from those who work honestly. Also work life balance might be at a toss most of the days.
