It is very good experience working at Uber. I'm so happy being a part in this organization......It is better for all the women who is doing work from home...Work and Life balance is too good as it is flexible timings.....

Dislikes

I'm not satisfied with the Appraisal....as the organization can give increment every year but they are giving after 2 years with less hike....They can extend the contract for every 6 months or 1 year right but they are extending for every 3 months....other than this I like to work in this organization very heartfully....
