There's no work life balance. People from different team who you are collaborating with expects you to work beyond office hours. All the work is ad-hoc work. But you won't be given time to complete another task which you have a set timeline for. People call you directly on your number, which is a privacy breach. Designers are expected to work late night, extra hours and finish a single project in a day. Everything has to go live soon, like in 2 days. So you are suppose to solve problem, design a solution, create a handoff, and clear developer doubts and complete the quality check of the build in a very limited time frame. Expects you to come to office everyday. You cant take leave for this quarter. People keep asking designers a favor of doing a small task for their presentation, or to create a full fedged design and then it gets rejected....Read More

I was told that I have the job of a field counselor. When I joined 1mg, after that I was sent to the respiratory department where there was no safety for the employees. And the timings were also said to be from 10 am to 8 pm but I was forced to work from 10 am to 10 pm. I just want to say that whenever you join this company, do it after thinking a lot. You never know when you might get scammed.
