Dosts, recently checked out 1mg for Software Development Engineer position. Balancing work-life is doable if you're clever and play politics smartly. But bhai, too much poltics, yaar. They lowball you on the offers, 100% salary gap for same role, minimal increments. Office politics ka tadka zyada hai. Promotions only for manager's boot lickers. #OneMinusFor1mg
