I joined paisabazaar.com 13sep 2023.My team leader behavior is not was not good with me and some other employees and she used partiality in the team.We complained and mail to HR but no redacted.All these are acquainted with each other. It's a worst company.

I dont like anything in paisabazaar . The work culture is very poor . Tamij h nhi baat kerne ki seniors ko .employee pr chillana hmesha .time pe off nhi dena . Promotion inse diye nhi jate . Employee jo 4 saal se job ker rha ho vo is umiid m hota h ki use promotion milega pr nhi dete. Time phle office bulate h pr time pr logout nhi dete , snacks break , tea break and all break bhi nhi milte

Their management in credit advisory process very bad timing issue,too much pressure on employees, TL and Manager rude behaviour, partiality with employee. Harrasment happens with a girl in advisory process and done by HOD,but HR or other management did not take any action after that girl took legally action,Then HOD of the process is in the police custody Now.

Worst company ever! They all are mannerless. Even our HR (Ms.Rajvi vasat) and Manager(Mr.Swapnil alhat)also. They force me to give resign from this company within 2month.No leaves.On floor they can order around and overwork even harrass at their disposal the manager level. Totally internal politics. They don't even support their employees.

Absolutely a bad company, I joined on 10 august 2024 in Personal loan , after completion of our training on 17 august, I was sent to the floor, from 18 august 2024 . TL started drinking blood, Do PD , give me the offers of personal loan, the target is 10,00,000 RS by 31 August, how will you achieve it, at leave give sometime to new joiner to learn, even they tells us to be professional on call, and they don't have the manners to talk to themselves, the worst company I have worked for, and Premium advice for people in the Paisa Bazaar, you guys work 365 days in a year, but if you continue to provide the same working environment then keep hiring 365 days but your requirement will never be full filled, there are many left employees left daily, at the end I got upset and resigned, I was told that there will be paid training, your salary will start from 10 august, but I did not get anything today, on 31st august 2024, we was told that our salary will be credited on 31st august , for whatever number of days you have worked till 31st august, Please take a free advice , don't waste your money ( Traveling Expense etc.) and time with this company. This company will not give anything to you. but if you can take abuses from people daily, if you can bear this much, then company welcomes you, the rest you are on your own, you all are smart, this company will not give you any salary , even the days you have worked. - Apart from above 3 I dislike everything - Office politics - No leaves (you hardly get any, even when you are sick) - You have to come on festivals as well like - holi, diwali - They may ask you to come on Sunday as well - No floor support. - No proper training (they don't have any trainer)
