The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is purely manager oriented company, they doesn't care about others employees. Work-life balance and learning new skills is zero. They don't care about any culture, festivals or tradition, managers wants only business anyhow. Dislikes

The Hierarchy format of calling your superiors by sir and ma'am. Those who are 15-20 years into the system have lot of unsupervised ego. This hierarchy system must be abolished.

In this Financial industry, ICICI Pru life has best in class of work culture and the most important thing is growing with Learning , the same is not given by most company. Hr supports employee in terms of all .and we get knowledge directly from Top management like CDO, so this clearly helps everyone to understand and get align with company objective.So growth with learning is indeed great

Bad work culture, daily traveling of 37 KM home from to branch after that if they call you I ipru office then 20 km can be added, early morning 8 AM meeting on video call then 9:30 daily lecture attendance, 3-4 call from manager daily, harrasment, etc
