they put sales target even on operations employees. So much trainings are there which is irritating while performing daily tasks. Only job security is there.

Branch operations walo ka target sales walo se bhi jyada hota hai jo ki smjh nhi aata. Agency walo ka target jo special sales k liye hai, unka target operations walo ka half hai or No incentives if you complete your target. And they say to visit customers to complete your targets without any travelling reimbursement

I worked for this company around 3 and half years , very good work culture. But when lot of exide employee joined after the amalgamation work culture of this company deteriorate . Specifically in loyalty vertical. Few toxic people from exide joined they ruin company culture & work ethics. Other wise all are good , good work life balance ,good remuneration & incentive

Brand value of hdfc bank is helping hdfc life to survive in market. So just hdfc tagged brand is good.

Complicated process for login to issuance. Guideline came without any proper planning. They decide to do some digital moves but system is not ready to adapt it. Worst incentive structure due to this lack of motivation in daily routine work.
