Hr policy is very good of sbi life but Regional HR is Doll of Regional Director and Regional. Sbi life is a good Company like Government job for Back office employees like sales support, Operations department, Account Department, L&D Department and all Non Sales Employees. For Sales person QVP is Good if you have Good Branches and CIF

There is no respect of old sales employee, Company preference those persons who are working in other companies and switching multiple times. A New Employee can get salary more then those employees who are working here from last 8 Year. Due to state bank sbi life is working other there is no respect of sbi life. Promotion norm is very hard, Increment norms is very bed. Over all this company is only for Lucky person like if you got a great cif or branches a temporary staff can do business. I work at Sbi Life insurance company,Sbi Life Insurance has many facilities which I like very much.

Dislikes

My only regret is that despite having so many benefits, I am deprived of all those benefits I don't work for payroll service in Sbi life insurance, my salary is very low, I work under third party.I can't see any growth in my career by working sbi life insurance thirty party service.

You will get promotion norms in January in sbi life . Company should re-think about this as promotion norms should be uploaded in the starting of the financial years and promotion should be given to hard working employees

There is no proper work allocation, Managers keep on assigning work which leads to sitting at office beyond office hours. Managers don't follow teamwork sprit. Junior level staff is limited so there is huge workload & Undervalued resources.

Too much budget to achieve. Work life balance is zero. You have to travel daily. No rating system if achieve your annual budget along with renewal budget and persistency then only you can get your increment or else increment is Zero. All your hard work get vanish. I don't have to go to the daily office because I always have business calls with our LMs, Also the Attendance is done by giving the Work Location, which means you don't have to go to the Office to give the Attendance

The worst thing is that after working in the field all day, the Manager will call the Branch'ot for a meeting in the evening,Such incidents happen 6,7 days a month.I also get angry when the manager keeps calling me every hour while I am working in the field,Sometimes I'm on a call with LM or riding a bike and I get cursed if I don'tpick up the call Then I am not in the mood to work,I get Demotivated.The worst thing in SBILife is when FLSM,AM,TM,STM to ,DRM or RM sirs do VC with us, and the Vc is done at a time when we are in the Field or Driving in short during Proper Duty...Read More
