Work culture is worst in the whole world. Management is worst in the whole world specially salary deduction is the main culture in management just because of management mood I have proof for the same anyone can ask me for that I'll show you. ...ted in managerial position at fatehpur in U.P. he behaves himself like superman. He deducts the salary without reason record voice calling of thier subordinates then blackmail them threat them for salary deduction and job loss etc.. etc.. etc.. That's why I request you all DON'T JOIN SBILIFE BEWARE OF SBILIFE. This is not a one man story it's a culture of sbilife. I personally faced all the things mentioned above it's not a story it's a fact of so called SBILIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. THANK YOU JAI HIND JAI BHARAT

Company is very good but some senior person are pulling down its reputation. Specially in Bhopal circle, seniors like Deputy RM, ZAM put excessive pressure to sell only one specific product. Too much Whatsapp groups. There are too much "Yes Sir" man here. Conference calls and training only conducted on weekends.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
