Work life balance in certain departments is worst. Salary hikes is bare minimum and since the management has been changed, every aspect of employees benefit and satisfaction are being cut off on the name of cost cutting.

The work culture is really good at HDFC ERGO. They take care of their employees and understand the critical situations. There is no pressure on employees and hence they can easily enjoy their personal lives along with the work.

Dislikes

The perks and salary could be better. Also they need to upgrade some tech stack.

Work pressure, less manpower, Micromanagement,Centralised work system, and since 1-2 years cost cutting in company. No incentives for processors only for sales people are here.

HR policies and Managers are completely exhausting employees and even on the holidays they forced employees to do work from office or channel.. Every saturday is no working day but the managers forced employees to do work.. There are Hindu festival holidays in HDFC Ergo but for holidays are given for only muslim festival .

TL show over attitude and they never listen our problems,too much of internal politics,promotion only for south employees,very less quota for north people.shift timing is very worst for everyone.

Reason for dislike is ,internal politics,promotion only for South Indian,north Indians like labour only,no opportunity will be given to the north Indian people.
