The work culture is very poor. My experience with managers Prem Rawat and Ashinder Tickko from Noida has been very negative. They never support employees and only put pressure on them. These managers assigned employees to branches that are 40 km away from their residences, likely with the intention of causing employees to resign.

Good work life balance of 5 days a week,plenty of leaves to use and if you're lucky you'll meet great knowledgeable people. Can learn team handling if you're manager involves in all the meetings without eating your credit, due to long or mandatory leaves provided by the company

Dislikes

Favouritism wins for the promotion and skip management or appraisal queries never works with HR

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

Company's unrealistic sales targets. For HRs too, the retention and attrition targets are high. Little growth is present

Only the thing if you have learning potential you can join to learn every new parameters for a learning experience. This company doesn't appreciate the internal employees for a promotion or any extra perks they only need the donkeys who work from morning to night 12-13 hrs in a day and if you still do that and perform far better than their expectations. But after my resignation they can't help me for my PF return. Unfortunately I don't get my Provident fund now also. I so much time request the teem but they can not help me about my PF return. It's very ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
