My 4.5 years at HDFC Life were a nightmare.
No work-life balance, no respect for employees, and a toxic work culture. My manager was ineffective and my hard work went unvalued. The smart achievers program is a waste of time and energy.😣
I would never recommend working at HDFC Life to anyone, especially not with the HDFC Bank channel.
