There is a notable lack of job security, and the company does not provide any training during the induction process. Employees are expected to perform tasks without proper guidance. The company culture is poor; it relies solely on its brand name while subjecting employees to undue stress. There is a lack of transparency regarding targets and achievements, leading to significant mental pressure. After performing eligible candidate did not get Promotion, no salary increment, no appreciation for good work, odd work time culture, threats everytime when one ask leave, there are lots of problem which one faces every time but no one get satisfactory solution from supervisor/management or Hdfc life team. No one is ready to escalate our issues to upper management. More are there to describe but I know nothing will happen....Read More

I worked here as such like a family member, I was in Bancca Channel and they provide us a Retail Branch banking, and seriously there staff are very protective, very Positive behaviour and Helpfull, Gain of knowledge in INSUARANCE sector, Generated Our skill with time to time, Very Supportive.

I would like to say in my resigned period i achieved my 150% of my target but in FNF i didn't get my incentive. Only one negetive point i would like to write here. If I have a chance to rejoin this company again, I Definitely join with atleast 25%-30% hike Thankyou
