Incentives here are really good, Person can upskill themself while working here as their 1st Sales Job.

Dislikes

Preasure in Paisabazaar is worst, They don't allow employees to do lunch on time if they are on 0. Even they told to stand up and take calls continuously till employees break their 0. They asked employees to streach more then an hour after logout. Their are many things like it.
