1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.

I worked with spinny almost almost 2 and a half years everything was going good my performance was so good at the time of appraisal higher authorities told me that i am not eligible for the same. As i waited for appraisal almost 1 and half year.y manager and TL was doing politics over there

I would like to share my female friend's interview experience with your recruiter, Rahul, who works at Spinny. He wasted 4 days by repeatedly rescheduling her interview. He would call her after office hours and even invited her to his place for interview preparation. He also asked if she was single and engaged in unprofessional, time-wasting conversations. Completely slave cultured company. No one listen you even company owner and higher management bcoz all the silly and shoddy thing came from upper management. Work environment was very nice in spinny you easily coordinate with your manager there is no break limit if you are hungry you can go and eat anytime .

My last manager was so humble alway taught us to work with team but some managers don’t like this this they came and kick out him with dirty politics . Then new manager start to manipulate every team member and play divide and rule .

Day by going worse. Bad management No work-life balance No Job Security No Appraisal Bad Incentive structure No Leave No Such good things, everyone is working just because of a lack of other options. If they get any better option they will move out from this company.
