There is no any chances for salary hike and performance is not enough for the growth in Justdial. I was so depressed when I was working with this organisation. Work procedure is very hactic and lengthy and profile is not fixed for the executive. Please give instructions to the management to fix the profile of the executives.

Pathetic management,less educated people managing teams with zero knowledge Every AGM is here to earn max amount they don't care about the employees. No increment zero bonus. If you were hired on 24k in 2022 then your pay will be same. Favourite ko upar badhane vala culture

Things i liked about Justdial kolkata branch that of you want to earn money then its a right place.

They don't have good management. They over pushed every employee to work from 9am to 8 pm and they also give work in sunday without any information before. They blame employees for the company management. They don't give any values for employees personal space or private life even if the employee is facing helth problems, Justdial still pushing them to work overtime without any overtime pay.. they tortured every employee metally. And the worst part is Justdial is a customer service based company even though they didn't give service to their customers ....Read More

During field visits to customers, we often encountered their frustration, which sometimes escalated to verbal abuse or being asked to leave their premises. The company would automatically deduct payments through ECS, and despite customer requests, they failed to stop these deductions. Professional employee and Mazdoor. There is no difference. Salaries are very low no increment on time. Work pressure is High. Product are not changeing nor pricing changing only they as sales. Earning is Good if you are really workaholic

Lots of Politics. No Work culture. You need someone on your upperhand to be safe and sound. No HR rules and regulations. No work timings. Working almost 12 hours a day. Lots of abusive words and misbehaviour by Manager. No security of Job even after Top Performer in company. Lots of harrasment from Manager without any reason.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved.
