Don't like the work culture here, you have to always prepare the case work after office hours at your home , and still won't meet the target.

Indiamart is the most amazing company to work. Timing is also perfect 9 to 6 and the culture is also very good. Mon to Fri you have to work which is the best part of job.

Dislikes

They are providing weekly salary structure which is not so good you will not be able to save for future. Pressure is also the main reason for me to leave actually there KRA is too much to follow at the end something is left after doing too much work.

Good for initial 1,2 year of carrers you can learn on your own, no seniors present in most teams.

Product managers gives low rating and rob you of the deserving appraisal in broad day light even on doing good quality and timely work throughout the years with false promises of good appraisal at the start of year, modern age thiefs. No free food and office not good doesn't have big desks or monitors for developers, very crowded office, like a call center 5 people sit on a desk and will say they have open culture. Very small cafeteria, only 5 people can fit at a time. Very strict deadlines and shouting HOD's and Old senior engineering managers know nothing about new stack only do shouting as a help. Lot of cross team dependencies very hard to work across team nobody responds timely, only pressurize developers for task completion and at the end of the year all the promotion will be eaten by manager, skip manager. Indian company very hard to earn money here, your work doesn't speak for itself, only those who follow their manager like a slave can expect some appraisal. To be honest a bangalore based company would have a minimum of 4x better environment then this. Manager talks in hindi, so that they can hurt you even more with their speech. They will threaten you of piping if you raise your voice on the unjustice. Founder is the only sensible person, but never connects with developers . They will benchmark themselves with Amazon and big companies and then talk about tcs and Infosys on how people are benched there and we are lucky to have to do work. If only they can look and benchmark the pay they provide. Company is highly profitable over 500 cr, still senior managers, hod act live developer and pm are partying and not doing anything useless, only if they could know their business is reached it's peak after covid, no one to blame....Read More

Over pressure for work. They will provide you daily basis targets and you have to fullfill all the targets else next morning your manager will shout on you in the morning hurdles. Internal politics, Company depends on senior managers no respect for youngsters and senior managers are playing with their careers also if anyone is close to manager he will get promoted without knowing the product knowledge. Job security is there so you don't need to panic at all

Work culture is worst, you'll do hard work in this month and you'll get your incentive after 3 months which sucks. Work life balance is absent. Only 5-8% annual increment. Don't join this company. All the people in top management will be encouraging about incentive if you ask any question they have a simple answer we're giving you inventive. Just don't join here.

Executives need to travel around 80+ kms daily without any travel or food allowances. Even after travelling and meeting clients,they have to report office for huddles in morning and evening. High sales pressure and monthly targets. Managers constantly calls asking sales numbers. No other benefits other than salary. Very less package when compared to other sales organisations
