It Asset Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Asset Allocation Reallocation at branches / HO/ Submitted laptop and Do the NOC within defined TAT.
• Maintaining the Assets In Gsheet/Assert software
• Checking for Insurance Docs from the emp and provide for Insurance claims
• Respond to requests from end-users, managers, and team members for specific IT Hardware asset management data information.
• Define the scope of the asset management processes, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded in Excel / Asset SW.
• Ensure that Asset data remains accurate in the light of changes to infrastructure and ensure that all updates are made in a controlled manner and verification with FAR
• Managing the IT hardware asset management lifecycle for all the corporate hardware assets.
• Ensuring that all physical IT assets distributed by the IT - must have all data fields in the asset inventory before the asset is distributed.
• Connect and follow up with concerned departments HR and Legal - for the IT asset submission
• Maintain the Dump asset stock count
• Should be proficient in EXCEL.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor degree any BCom/BCA ,/BTECH ,MBA /MCA
• Good exposure on IT Infrastructure domain is required
• Minimum 3 year of experience is required
