If you qualify the mock call and if the trainer will give you green signal then you will proceed to live calling assessment where you have to give 5 approved calls and the quality auditor will check the calls and if you secure more than 90% then you will pass the assessment and can move I to production with 5 days ojt and if you are not qualified again you have to give mock calls with the trainer and unless you are giving a good mock call the trainer will not allow you to take calls and this will be your last chance to continue with Indiamart.
