Company is really good they have done 105cr in JFM by making fool to their clients only 20% people genuinely get business from indiaMart who has purchased trustseal package which cost is 60k for a year. And they are saying in just 20 30 call you will fix meeting but in reality after 200 calls still no one will be interested. And on daily basis you have to do 4 meetings any how to make salary of the day. And you have to ask a meeting code from client like a beggar even if client is not interested at all. I've seen worst company in my entire life. I will never suggest anyone to join that organization. Kindly join if you want to make your life in hell. Indiamart has very nice work culture, everyone is very friendly. They follow open door policy so you can even speak to CEO of company, plus it is a product based company so you will get a chance to learn many things there. Indiamart is indeed a employee oriented company.

IndiaMart company is good but the Nagpur branch is very very bad from the year 2022-2023 because the Nagpur branch current branch manager for NSD Department is very bad because they treat their L1 & L2 as a labor & they used very bad language for talking. They always comment on their personal life that's effect the branch culture. No motivation and no support from the Branch manager only they pressurized to their employees. The most & important issue is time, because the evening time is not fixed. Employee seated in branch till 9 pm Job stability is not present in NSD department, culture is not good, they involved in their personal life & comment on that. That's why you change this culture as early as possible. They don't have any knowledge about Manager & they effect on the working of the employee's. They don't have manners to talk to their L2, because they insult in open forum. if this continuously going on that effect the branch & result in fall down the branch & one day close this branch Salary was good, company support for their employees was fantastic, software was good to work MERP & WEBRP.
