Professional employee and Mazdoor. There is no difference. Salaries are very low no increment on time. Work pressure is High. Product are not changeing nor pricing changing only they as sales. There is no improvement on services. Management politics. Manager language is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up thesales. Unskilled managers and language of the next level manager Basically manager happens based on rapot with hods not with the talent or skills because of this the downline of the new recruitments are lacking of system knowledge or product knowledge
