The good thing is the salary and benefits are good compared to other companies as you will get goodies, gifts, meal coupons, night shift allowances. Also amazon gift cards during peak season.

You have to complete your daily 9 hours shift even if you face any technical issue with system or network. you have to extend your shift and complete the 8 hours shift if you take out the 1 hour break. for amazon you will only be a number not a human being.

Pay could be more as employees have to work in rotational shifts. Paying less than 30K for the jobs that require night shift is unfair. They have not hiked salaries recently. Request to management consider Increasing salaries.
