Too much pressure from management to meet targets and maintain quality. Every day you log in, you do the same thing over and over again, it's like you're a robot or a slave.

Work life balance is good. Managers won't disturb you outside shift timing and week offs.

Growth is very slow. Salary is not up to the mark. Didn't convert to permanent employee even after completing the contract period, instead they just extended the contract.

...ard on it. The metric system set is probably best for robots and not for humans. Salary for the amount of work that you do will is itself a comedy. There's no chance of skill development and you won't be able to explain your role to the outside world. Don't go for the brand name. It's about the work that you do.. and it's not recognised anywhere.

Managers are respectfull generally and totally company culture is very kind when even explaining about our shortfalls

In operations targets get tougher month by month and unreasonable.Salary and work are in total contrast.After target increases,we get a feeling that we get a mere 10% or 20% for the hard work we put in.Getting promotion is very tough and high chances that we end up in plan due to unreasonable targets.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low
