Cab facility & Canteen Food is top notch.

First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very poor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen. Likes

Ericsson is good work place for people who are interested in exploring telecom services. Employee benefits are quite good which includes WIFI reimbursement, Free cab shuttle facility, subsidised meals. Career growth depends totally upon Manager and domain profitability. Work life balance is subject to project requirements and client timezone
