Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

Dislikes

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The lack of advancement opportunities is discouraging. UI/UX design roles at this firm are underappreciated. Creativity is stifled, and management doesn’t value innovative ideas. The turnover rate is high for a reason. People don’t stick around when they’re treated poorly. Meetings that should be emails are wasting everyone's time and energy. Communication is poor; leads don't share crucial information. The favoritism is blatant. If you’re not in the inner circle, good luck getting recognition or support.
