3 Years back EY GDS work Culture was excellent-Innovative, Inclusive

Earlier Work Culture was good but now it has many Leader with Factory Manager mindset, Regional Bias, Left ideology Many Burqas you will see in Offices Personal preferences in promotion HR is not independent they are compromised

1. No proper or timely feedback 2. No sync in between Bonus amount and feedback given 3. Lot of favouritism 4. Good work means more work but not good raise or bonus. 5. Office location. You're in mid of an factory area whereas all other big4 were in decent cyberhub. 6. Notice period. 3months is too much. learnings in process trainings and culture where we appreciate security guards and house keeping staffs . working stations are really good . Yearly outings /refreshments are appreciable .

Dislikes

The senior management with no emotions and care towards your personal requirements are too bad . Unjustified work-life and terrible asks with limited timeline . less resource - 24*7 work --no adequate time for rest is horrible . I have broken/ill treated my spine due to this

Disgusting work culture. Partners at the top harass you constantly for no reason and take personal revenge on your appraisal. They speak in filty language and give bad words just so casually. Very stressful work culture.

Leadership strategy is not well thought through. They hire without even thinking and then later when they do not want people .. they will find several reasons to move out those people. MOST of the Senior Managers with whom I worked, didn't know the process at all. They are having comfortable life in ey because they been in the system for a while and know how to food the system. The fact that people still respect you thinking you’re doing something good

Politics - favouritism and Groupism is rampant. Ask your own contacts at EY to confirm. HR ensures you’re thumbed down on salary, bonus is a non starter. DEI is a tick in the box - there isn’t even a washroom for disabled or gender neutral one. Culture is one where you produce the same old wine in a new bottle and sell it. People are so full of themselves it’s hilarious!
