All ey cares about is the billing from clients they have no concern about the employees or their development. Client companies choose ey services because they have no backbone they bend to an extent to agree all the request placed by clients.

Over the past few years the cultral and the employee expirence that EY was known for has gone down dramatically. No leaders have done anything to address the lack of belongingness the firm. I personally lack motivation to work.

Politics - favouritism and Groupism is rampant. Ask your own contacts at EY to confirm. HR ensures you’re thumbed down on salary, bonus is a non starter. DEI is a tick in the box - there isn’t even a washroom for disabled or gender neutral one. Culture is one where you produce the same old wine in a new bottle and sell it.
