1. Compensation is very poor
2. Engagement Manager knows nothing - no logic - no numbers - nothing. And she does nothing about it too. But the brunt of quality of work is on you. If something goes wrong, you are put to take the blame.

Likes: Not much to like about now. It used to be a good company which has now on the way of its downfall as founders looking for exit now. Dislikes: Poor work life balance. Management is not keen to listen to employees. A few individuals hold more power and misuse it.

Likes: Really good culture within the company. Everyone is super friendly and leadership is extremely dynamic and involved within all levels of hierarchy. Everyone is super accessible.
Dislikes: Favouritism. Some people get undue promotions because of their closeness to leadership. Few people in the leadership
( especially one new Engagement Manager) is so operationally illiterate and tone-deaf that half of his team left/leaving within 2-3 months of him joining the organization. Hope the Managing Partners fix it.
