Few people in the leadership ( especially one new Engagement Manager) is so operationally illiterate and tone-deaf that half of his team left/leaving within 2-3 months of him joining the organization. Despite multiple complaints on the poor manager, no action has been taken since the higher ups hired the manager so they don't want to take that blame of a wrong hire.
