Really good culture within the company. Everyone is super friendly and leadership is extremely dynamic and involved within all levels of hierarchy. Everyone is super accessible.

Dislikes

Favouritism. Some people get undue promotions because of their closeness to leadership. Few people in the leadership ( especially one new Engagement Manager) is so operationally illiterate and tone-deaf that half of his team left/leaving within 2-3 months of him joining the organization. Hope the Managing Partners fix it.

The Employee Benefits are the best! Their Insurance Plan and Referral program is industry 's top notch! Even better than FAANG companies. Job security and Work life balance is alomst like a PSU or TCS!

Culture wise the company is disintegrated. There are lot of team specific micro-cultures. Also there is no uniformity in Promotion/Appraisal policy and mostly depends on the Partner who is leading the team. The leadership team has recently seen a churn, after which the current leadership team is very weak - which is reflecting in the growth!
