Dislikes

No collaborative work between multiple consulting services offered. Lack of proper management and work life balance. The managers are not well trained and not from consulting background which makes it difficult for them to allocate work effectively and get the projects closed on time. Poor culture and no work ethics. Lack of proper infrastructure in terms of attending meetings, being a client-facing company. There is less work life balance. Even at the fresher level the fresher needs to figure out what needs to be done for a task. No proper channel of work . If you are added to a project you are overloaded with works nd complaint from management is common even if you are giving your work. Reimbursement policy is worse. One have chase down the management for their own money for reimbursement

Its good experience to work with Protiviti. As because its Consultant firm we have great exposure to multi-domain industries

Dislikes

There is a bit lack in Skill developement and guiding for further hights in professional growth. It is happening but its not reaching to the every employee.
