I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is less work life balance. Even at the fresher level the fresher needs to figure out what needs to be done for a task. No proper channel of work . If you are added to a project you are overloaded with works nd complaint from management is common even if you are giving your work. Reimbursement policy is worse. One have chase down the management for their own money for reimbursement
