Totally dissatisfied with my experience at this company due to several key issues. There is a lack of job satisfaction, as the work environment is not fulfilling or rewarding. The work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, with long hours and little regard for personal time. Additionally, there is a significant amount of favoritismwithin the workplace, where only certain employees seem to get priority, regardless of their performance or contributions. The management is poor, with unclear communication and a lack of support for team members. Many things: 1. Compensation is very poor 2. Engagement Manager knows nothing - no logic - no numbers - nothing. And she does nothing about it too. But the brunt of quality of work is on you. If something goes wrong, you are put to take the blame. 3. Poeple who are good at pleasing manager can survive and grow. others get no growth. 4. Despite multiple complaints on the poor manager, no action has been taken since the higher ups hired the manager so they don't want to take that blame of a wrong hire.
