Folks working with Ernst & Young India, please ans -
I have got an Ernst & Young India offer in which they gave me 18% of variable bonus which will be paid once I complete 1 year with company.
I want to know does EY India pay variable bonus fully or will there be any deduction to it?
Also what’s the frequency of promotions in EY India??

At EY, I have done 2 rounds of interviews and hr informed me that soon someone will reach out to me for one more round of interview.
In the second round of interview , interviewer had asked me salary expectations and cctc but i told as per my skillset and knowledge, i would expect but now I don’t understand how much i should aske? For 3 years of experience and cctc is 10 LPA

Based on a true event- just last week, I posted a job opening for a junior-level role. As expected, it got several responses. But then came a message that shook me. A friend of mine, who just a week ago was happily working at a top firm as an IT Project Manager with a 25+ LPA package, asked if she could apply for the junior position. Why? She was laid off. What stunned me even more was her resume - she started her career at American Express , then moved to Ernst & Young , PwC , and most recently joined Ciena in February. By April, she was out. I always thought layoffs were rare, maybe just a buzzword, something that happened to lower-level employees. But when it hits someone you know - someone with that kind of stellar background, it’s a reality check. Just a few days ago, she bought a luxury car and posted happy pictures from her new job. And now? It’s all gone. Just like that.

Hey people, just want to share my thoughts on this company I worked at. EY, man! They've got some serious targets and you learn like crazy on projects. But yaar, lacking in uniform culture and HR policies are pretty weak.

EY is second name of unprofessional organisation. Never keep their promise they tell that we new ask our employees to leave but they will put so much pressure to you that you will have to give a resignation and suddenly it tooks like they never layoff their employees. Please never join EY even if you get a good offer because it is not sustainable. Once their project is done prepare to pack your bags. People like Akshay Nandu who are leading team can never develop a good environment for the employees. Absolutely not worth destroying your mental health.
