EY's 26Yr old Employee death
Ernst & Young EY’s 26-year-old employee's death has fueled the toxic corporate work culture debate on social media. Earlier, Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy’s “70-hour” advice to youngsters sparked a similar discussion. Who is responsible for her death/murder? Where is the HR who said we are family? Where is the management and boot licking Executive? Dear friends only focus on the work which is good for health and life. Don't think about the company and the name of the company. Remeber: company have option at your replacement but your mom dad haven't. Business owners talk about how Japanese people work hard and grow their country but they never tell how companies treat them very professionally. I respect the business struggle but once you reach on top of business then all become the same nonsense.

Waiting for Response After L1 Interview at EY – How Long to Wait?
Hello, all! I recently had an L1 interview with EY for a Microsoft Copilot (AI) Developer position on November 4th. The interview went well, and I felt positive about how it went. However, it’s been a few days now and I haven’t received any feedback yet. I’m curious to know, based on your experiences, how long it typically takes to get a response from EY after an L1 interview? Is there a standard timeline for feedback, whether positive or negative, and should I follow up if I don’t hear back soon? Thanks in advance for any insights or advice you can share!

Mumbai Company Sparks Outrage with 'No Personal Life' Job Demand"😤
A recent job posting is sparking outrage for its bizarre requirement: a "personal life should be sorted with no baggage." This translates to - we expect you to devote yourself entirely to work, with no personal commitments getting in the way. This comes at a time when Indian workers are demanding better work-life balance, especially after the tragic death of a young employee allegedly due to overwork. Is this the future of work? Even after Ernst & Young incident?🤷‍♂️
