Indian corporate scenario is F up in so many ways, a friend of mine is doing MBA and one thing they are being trained for is to be a corporate slave, and no I am not exaggerating. They get calls and emails at any time, have to reply at even 2 am 3 am, they've to juggle studies, committees, extra curricular activities and 10 other things. She sleeps for 3-4 hrs on most days.
By the end of it, they'll be the perfect slaves.

Just yesterday me and my father were talking about work culture in HDFC bank and my my father who also work in bank for his whole life(not HDFC though) heard 15 years back that, "Whoever works in HDFC bank his life span is decreased by 5 years".
Sad that situation is same after 15 years.It is murder.Rip to this girl and may her family finds strength in this time.

One of the worst companies to work for. My brother's first professional stint was with this organization, and the toxicity, pressure and humiliation that he had to face on a regular basis really took a toll on his physical and mental health. He left within a year.

And government ministers like FM Nirmala say on this "employees must have their own inner strength to work in a high pressure environment" . What n0nsense? Tax to har jagah se chahiye but development ke naam pe spitting poo from their dirty mouths.
