Query_Early release by firm

Hi all, I work at EY and currently on notice period but the other day my manger has informed me that they have found a replacement for me so they will be releasing me early on 31st Jan 2025 whereas my assigned last working day is on 14th March 2025. Wanted to know if I will receive salary for Feb & march 2025 or no. Thank you

Bro send an email asking for clarity on compensation. If they insist on early release, negotiate a payout for the remaining notice period.

Depends on whether they classify it as ‘forced early release’ or ‘mutual agreement.’ You might be eligible for a severance payout.
