Waiting for Response After L1 Interview at EY – How Long to Wait?
Hello, all!
I recently had an L1 interview with EY for a Microsoft Copilot (AI) Developer position on November 4th. The interview went well, and I felt positive about how it went. However, it’s been a few days now and I haven’t received any feedback yet.
I’m curious to know, based on your experiences, how long it typically takes to get a response from EY after an L1 interview? Is there a standard timeline for feedback, whether positive or negative, and should I follow up if I don’t hear back soon?
Thanks in advance for any insights or advice you can share!

Hey! It usually takes 1-2 weeks to hear back from EY after an L1 interview, but it can vary based on the role and team.

If it’s been over a week, a polite follow-up email should be fine!

EY might be busy scheduling interviews with multiple candidates.

Should I Take the Risk?
I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?

Job Offer Dilemma
I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer. To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high. How would you approach this decision?
