Leadership strategy is not well thought through. They hire without even thinking and then later when they do not want people .. they will find several reasons to move out those people. Lot of free courses will be offered but this has to be done apart from the 11 to 12 hours of work. So nothing much to say as positives.

Dislikes

All ey cares about is the billing from clients they have no concern about the employees or their development. Client companies choose ey services because they have no backbone they bend to an extent to agree all the request placed by clients.

Over the past few years the cultral and the employee expirence that EY was known for has gone down dramatically. No leaders have done anything to address the lack of belongingness the firm. I personally lack motivation to work.

Client culture takes over company culture, appraisals, poor feedback provision, work opportunities heavily dependant on clients and projects conversion

Earlier Work Culture was good but now it has many Leader with Factory Manager mindset, Regional Bias, Left ideology Many Burqas you will see in Offices Personal preferences in promotion HR is not independent they are compromised

1. No proper or timely feedback 2. No sync in between Bonus amount and feedback given 3. Lot of favouritism 4. Good work means more work but not good raise or bonus. 5. Office location. You're in mid of an factory area whereas all other big4 were in decent cyberhub. 6. Notice period. 3months is too much.
