Customers are the reason for the sustainment of any business, so it is very important to keep them happy. If we do not provide support to the customers on time then their satisfaction from the product/service would reduce and they will grow unhappy and search for alternatives, and gradually they will not stay loyal to us and we will lose our customers. Hence, in the long run it would be a huge loss for us. & The best way to handle an angry person is to calm the person down. Good company come do your work and go. Everything depends on TL if you go under good TL you will get good support. If you give them numbers then you are god for them whatever you want they will give like week off and leaves. Its very hard for promotions and job security is 200 %. I got very good support from my TL and managers. Over all you can work here if you are looking for job security.

I was top performer in the process but i was not recognised and i was not promoted.

I honestly going to answer your question. It's a 110% worth to join concentrix if you are joining as a fresher it's a 200% worth. Here is a job security, timely promotion if you deserve, we can also say that quick carrier growth as compared from other companies. Just need your capabilities to grab the next level work

In Concentrix, the salary for freshers is very low compared to experienced employees, even if the fresher has better knowledge and communication skills. I worked in the TVS process, but I had a disappointing experience with my compensation/pay structure. Kindly look into it..

People are good. You will get help from supervisor and Team Leader. You can learn about software and hardware. Good learning platform for freshers.

Management is very bad. Got only 30 mins for lunch. Continuous work no break. No fun activity .

Baisedness in leadership, only few growing rest others, new leader who don't have time and intentions to listen to DRs and others , you can survive if you don't use your own thought process and be there as yes sir and yes ma'am employee, the day you question anything you will not be a good employee, new leaders coming to top only talking about money, financials and GMs. so before joining keep your ego and self respect at home as major good leaders have decide to quit this organisation, now its only one type of leadership there. There is no growth even after completing 8 years. Management level only gave opportunity to those who always are nodding their heads according to them. If someone is trying to learn something new then there is no support from the management team.

Concentrix Ranchi is the worst. Managers doesn't even know the meaning of professionalism here and full of ego and attitude. The supervisory positions are dominated by Bengalis and they get a clear advantage. Here Office Politics is always at it's peak . Above experience was shared for working in Amazon Process, may be other process could be better.
