The company probably is good but the gbs team is pathetic

2% hike is all they give The manager makes your life a hell if you don’t follow her instructions blindly Micromanaging at its peak as the manager does not like team interaction at all. She believes in divide and rule She only needs ppl who listen to her and not use their brain at all No work to help you grow professionally

Company should care about employees difficulties in office, Some senior employee only want results but they not try to look into that are their own team facing any difficulties related to recently got training work knowledge, Computer system or Infrastructure.

It is a great platform for the freshers to start their journey in the corporate field

Their frequent change in shift timings which will always lead to a bad lifestyle during the night shifts and also long working hours

The environment and rest of the facilities are quite modern and very good.

But I have seen some reporting bosses who use the team very badly and the boys and girls of other teams besides the team.I will mention two names with this perpous. Sabana Yasmin.CSC Process at Kolkata Center. And Subal Chandra Das.infact I left Concentrics for these.but Debjyoti Roy is too good person.

Honestly, only good thing about Concentrix is their Job Security to some extent. They are not one of those company which will suddenly sack you in one fine morning.

Dislikes

Many, no work life balance is there. They typically micro manage the employees which somewhat makes things difficult to work for. Even in rotational shifts, you don’t get any single week off or shift preferences not even in a emergency situation or even if you have given a week off preference a month priorly. Your complaint to the HR regarding any certain things doesn’t really get resolved and even your hierarchy only questions you and make things difficult for you. For any complaint, HR only tries to suppress the matter. Even on week offs you get calls from office or sometimes you are being asked about the activities you do which impacts the privacy and work life balance. Nothing to learn , work life is very monotonous, no fun nothing , no mobile phones even they do not give us leaves, for taking a single CL have to give 2 month prior notice or else they take strict action . The salary part is good.

Dislikes

Leads are too much toxic and never understand employee always want work in any situation not even understand the issue which employee is facing never give leaves . Too bad at the time of lunch always say do lunch after 1 hour or 1/2 hour when requested for lunch or dinner as there is too much work load. Even in single day some time we are unable to take full lunch.

Good for beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

Dislikes

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.
