There is nothing to like in concentrix. I have started working from march 2024 but after 2months I realised they have all the ability to deduct your salary with any simple reason.

I dislike everything about this company. You work will never be appreciated and you will never get your full salary

Best likes would be the job security... Concentrix is such an organization which gives best opportunity to start the career with good salary. Now coming to the job security, this organization always tries the to retain the employees... Like if you are a contractual employee like me you will definitely get chance to work in a different process once your contract is over

Currently, I am working in this company in the MMT process. During my training, Aniruddha Dana was our trainer. He used to humiliate everyone, use abusive language, and was a very poor trainer. Because of his behavior, neither my team members nor I were able to understand anything. After we complained, the trainer was replaced, but only for one week, and then we were moved to OJT (On-the-Job Training). My mental health is deteriorating day by day. There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.

Till now I experienced nothing bad. This fact of you work for an MNC there will be different people who has different opinion. That is how we learn things.

Company policies are good but mid level management hiring is poor in some processes which is making the company very toxic

Extreme biasness Lobbying for promotions Silent and forceful firing culture Inhuman expectations Poor management in everything- be it transport or cafeteria or operations or hygiene

Job security. Employees centric company. (just for show) Yeah 1 more thing - office politics is it's best. Double faced process DP & OMs (best in manipulation & office politics)

Dislikes

CNX Kolkata runs a back office process like a voice process. Very bad work life balance, no WFH or hybrid working model. Very low salary for a back office process. No shift allowance provided for international process.

Job security is very high until and unless you're doing something with very high severity they will not throw you out of the company. They keep their employees with themselves. Work culture is extremely good and it's also depends upon your behaviour. Salary is also good with compare to the other companies.

I have worked in many BPO but the experience I had here in concentrix kolkata is different.. people are supportive they care for their executives . Only one thing they need to improve is the package as compared to the inflation rate growing prices of the essential commodities the package is not sufficient to survive..

The environment and rest of the facilities are quite modern and very good.

Dislikes

But I have seen some reporting bosses who use the team very badly and the boys and girls of other teams besides the team.I will mention two names with this perpous. Sabana Yasmin.CSC Process at Kolkata Center. And Subal Chandra Das.infact I left Concentrics for these.but Debjyoti Roy is too good person.

Honestly, only good thing about Concentrix is their Job Security to some extent. They are not one of those company which will suddenly sack you in one fine morning.

Many, no work life balance is there. They typically micro manage the employees which somewhat makes things difficult to work for. Even in rotational shifts, you don’t get any single week off or shift preferences not even in a emergency situation or even if you have given a week off preference a month priorly. Your complaint to the HR regarding any certain things doesn’t really get resolved and even your hierarchy only questions you and make things difficult for you. For any complaint, HR only tries to suppress the matter. Even on week offs you get calls from office or sometimes you are being asked about the activities you do which impacts the privacy and work life balance.
