1. Company don't push old employees with constant performance well for growth. 2. Leaving the company is very hard,if you put down paper more than once in short period then they will convince you to stay,but later find foolish reasons to make your life miserable. 3. Quality team does its own politics and if they somehow don't like you for no reason, your career goes to toss. 4. I loved working there,but in last 1 year found too many bad quality in company policy.

The job security they provide us really satisfactory also the salary part you do not need to worry about the same. Team is very supportive, they will help you out whenever you face any issue.

Performance pressure by the management is really hectic now. They are lacking in giving equal opportunity.

Salary credited at the right time. Management is helpful enough. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Most of the process running here are of 6 working days with rotational week offs , thus 9 hours a days seems very hectic. Very rare learning and development sessions are taken. Sops are very confusing.

There is politics in the management. And sometimes they just try to rid off from the whole situation.
