...ntric but favouring one two employee does not make the company employee centric. As per the company requirement you always have to be there even in your weekly offs and the double pay is in chillars but when you need the company's help even in small matter they wont consider. They will recduce or add the num of emp as per business req so no job sec.

Concentrix is a good company but the main thing is salary which is not good or satisfactory..management skills are poor to understand employees 😕, managers try to build a relationship between employees and clients but there is a communication gap..

Company is very good to start career with. Best work culter and benefits, the best part is job security, company will give you salary without even work in a time of crisis or process ramp down. But they hardly ask you to leave. In covid time when other companies were asking people to leave, this is the only company who gave me full salary for 5 months without a single day work. So overall very good company to work with.

Nothing as such. Yes some processes and manager(2/5) of this company is not that good.

Likes

The company is good for the freshers to join. It even supported the employees during the time of pandemic providing work from home and other benefits. Job security is 100% until and unless anyone commits against the rules of the co. They doesn't terminate you but they shift the employees from one project to another.

Dislikes

Salary in this co is terrible. Anyone would not found any clarity regarding the credited amount for each and every month and there would be silly excuses ready by the HR team. Moreover they roll out incentives and make them employees work but the so called incentives are never paid.

Its an amazing place to work in. Very much employee centric and the provides with the salary on or rather before time in cases of holidays. The people here are really good to work with. Seniors are supportive and guides you on the right track.

I loved my office days at CNX and I have no negetive reviews about this place.
