Working at Concentrix has been a challenging experience, and I feel compelled to share my observations to help others make an informed decision. 1. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance at Concentrix is virtually nonexistent. The 9.5-hour workdays, unique to the company in India, are not only exhausting but also violate standardlabor policies. Employees are allowed only two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break, for which they must seek permission to take. Moreover, staying back after shifts for meetings has become the norm, further eroding personal time and creating undue stress. 2. Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth</mark>. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. Salary and learning is good in my case no benefits rather than a health insurance and cab facility

Not at all an employee centric company reasons like health and requested work from extention after a 45 days wfh of 15 more days and they denied and requested to leave company and join a company provides work from home, but in cnx website they mentioned it as still they operates hybrid work culture but in practically not

Concentrix is a very good organization and I have learnt a lot here. I started my career with Concentrix as a claim processing analyst in claim adjudication and now handling a an entire line of Business. Management are very supportive.

So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. I am sharing you all my experience at concentrix . I was selected as a tech support role. Everything was looking great. I met to some experienced candidates and learned a lot about company But I had to leave the induction meet in between because of some serious emergency in my home although I had told this to the person who was hosting the meeting. She politely told me to go. I was thinking all was going good 👍. Don't know how but a consultancy person called me masquerading himself as a concentrix employee he told me i had to attend one more induction so, i was waiting for the virtual meet . Ultimately my candidature got terminated. And no one helped me. Now I am really sad 😔 because it's been one whole year i was unemployed but now due to this mistake I can't attend the training.
