Job Description
Bridge business requirements to technical capabilities
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work with the Product Manager and Agile team to define the scope included in a release.
- Work with Product Owners to develop detailed specifications/requirements for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team.
- Actively participate in PI planning, product sprints and daily stand-up meetings
- Be aware of customer commitments to communicate internally to assist with managing team expectations.
- Manage dependencies in and across sprints and releases.
- Work with the Agile team to manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with changing business needs.
- Prioritize support work as needed.
- Keep stakeholders apprised of progress and incorporate their feedback.
- Use metrics and feedback to improve team and organization processes, best practices, performance, and delivery.
- Leverage technical knowledge to make informed decisions about product architecture, scalability, and performance. Assess and address technical risks.
- Act as a technology champion within the company.
- Collaborate on Technology Roadmap with Product Manager and Architects
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI.
Qualifications Required:
- Overall 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product role.
- Understanding about AI and have worked with development team for atleast 1 year.
- Knowledge of various algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), model evaluation techniques, and familiarity with popular frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services (e.g., SageMaker, AI Platform) for scalable model training, deployment, and inference.
- Knowledge of specialized libraries and tools for generative modeling (e.g., GAN libraries like DCGAN, CycleGAN).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Aha, ADO,etc.)
